Charging on the go

Online, you can easily find out where there is a charging station near you. More and more public charging stations are being added as more and more electric cars are sold. So it won't be long before there are as many charging stations as gas stations.

If you want to charge at a public charging station, you need a charging card. This gives you access (free or charge) and allows your car to start charging. However, it is important to know that there are different types of charging stations: the classic charging station and fast chargers.

The only difference is the speed at which your car is charged. With a conventional charging station, you can charge at 7.4 kWh, 11 kWh or 22 kWh. The capacity of your electric car determines which charging station is best for you. With fast chargers, the battery determines your charging session. The bigger and emptier a battery is, the faster it will charge.
