Skip to content This project combines a high-performance solar installation with smart storage and control systems. Phono Draco solar panels provide an installed capacity of nearly 390 kWp, while a Sungrow PowerStack battery stores the generated energy and deploys it at the right time. With KingConnect Pro serving as the intelligent control system, generation, consumption, and storage are continuously coordinated to ensure that as little self-generated energy as possible is lost.
For heating, cooling, and ventilation, we implemented a fully integrated HVAC solution covering the offices, the warehouse, and the caretaker’s residence. Heat pumps provide heating and domestic hot water, supplemented by underfloor heating, cooling, and energy-efficient ventilation tailored to each part of the building. This creates a comfortable and sustainable indoor climate, fully tailored to the project’s needs.
