Skip to content EnergyKing was responsible for the technical equipment for the La Brique business park in Ranst. We installed a water recovery system for both buildings, which reuses collected rainwater—a measure that structurally reduces tap water consumption and lowers users’ water bills.
In addition, we installed all the plumbing fixtures, including the restroom units, and equipped the building with fire hoses to ensure that fire safety measures comply with the requirements.
Finally, we installed air conditioning cassettes in a number of rooms: discreetly concealed in the ceiling, with even air distribution and the ability to both cool and provide supplemental heating. This allowed the building to be completed in a single phase and made ready for use immediately.
