Skip to content EnergyKing installed a fully integrated energy system for BVBA De Sutter in Kampenhout that combines heating, cooling, ventilation, solar energy, and charging infrastructure under one roof.
Heating is provided by a Thermastage modulating air-to-water heat pump, connected to 330 m² of underfloor heating. For climate control in the offices, conference rooms, and showroom, an extensive Fujitsu VRF system was installed with 13 indoor units distributed across both floors, supplemented by 3 mono-split cassettes in the showroom, all controlled via a single central control panel. Fresh air is ensured by a central ventilation unit with heat recovery, which serves the entire building via an extensive duct network with 34 valves and recovers up to 90% of the heat.
A total of 624 JA Solar solar panels with a panel capacity of 550 Wp were installed on the roof, providing a total peak capacity of 343 kWp. This allows the company to generate a large portion of its own energy. Finally, six stylish BlitzPower Lux Dual Two charging stations were installed, enabling 12 electric vehicles to charge simultaneously.
